I am a policy expert and social scientist with over 15 years of experience advising governments, legislative bodies, nonprofit organizations, and research groups at international and national levels on matters of public policy related to economic development, finance, housing, health, and science, technology and innovation. 

I was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico. I have a bachelor's degree and a Master in public policy from the University of Chicago (USA) and a Ph.D. from the Copenhagen Business School (Denmark).
